I'm not sure where the idea came from, but Lukas decided to grow his hair out & stopped cutting it last spring. While he's got really great hair - pretty thick & wavy - I wasn't too fond of having to brush out the tangled mess each morning before school or how it was always in his eyes. But I bit my tongue and let him decide when he was ready to cut it. Thankfully he finally asked to go to the barber the day before New Year's Eve. I've got my little boy back :-)
